The Fenway Card at Wentworth Institute of Technology

The Fenway Card is the official identification card of Wentworth Institute of Technology. It is required for identification, access to essential campus services, and offers a convenient prepaid account – Fenway Cash – for making cashless purchases on and around campus.

The Fenway Card is your key to essential campus facilities and services, including:

Board Plans
Wentworth's All-you-Care-To-Eat Dining Program offers Meal Plans with two components: Meal Swipes and Dining Points. Meal Swipes are used to access Beatty Dining Commons. Dining Points are for retail spending at other participating College of the Fenway (COF) Dining locations.

Meal Plan Information
Platinum Plan (Unlimited Anytime Meals & 150.00 Dining Points):   $2,950.00 per semester
Gold Plan (225 Meal Swipes & 500.00 Dining Points):             $2,450.00 per semester
Silver Plan (175 Meal Swipes & 700.00 Dining Points):            $2,150.00 per semester

All first-year residential students and students living in Evans Way Hall, Tudbury Hall and Baker Hall are required to purchase a full residential plan (Platinum, Gold or Silver).

Returning students and new transfer students residing in 610 Huntington, 555 Huntington, Edwards/Rogers or Louis Prang/Vancouver will be automatically assigned a partial residential plan. Dining Points will carry over from the end of the fall semester into spring, and from the end of the spring semester into the summer. Dining Points that remain at the end of the summer term will expire. Meal Swipes do not carry over at all. If you have questions regarding your Plan, please contact 617-989-4242.

Library
Access your privileges at the Alumni Library or any one of the COF libraries.

Door Access
Swipe your card to enter campus residence halls, administrative buildings and studios.

College of the Fenway (COF) Events
You will need your Fenway Card to gain access to COF events.

How Do I Open a Fenway Cash Account or Add Value to an Existing Account?
All Fenway Cards have a Fenway Cash account. Students, faculty and staff can add value to their Fenway Cash account at anytime with a check, credit card, or debit card.

Reporting Loss or Theft of Fenway Card
To deactivate access to buildings, contact Public Safety at 610 Huntington Avenue, 617-989-4400. To deactivate your board plan, contact dining services in lower Beatty, 617-989-4242. To deactivate your Fenway Cash account, click here or contact the Fenway Card Service Center at 1-877-263-8340.

Fenway Card Issuing Office Information
Replacement Cards are issued by Public Safety in the ID/Parking Office in Beatty 014. If your card is lost or damaged, there will be a replacement fee for a new card.
