The Fenway Card is the official identification card of Emmanuel College and Simmons University. Issued to all students, faculty, and staff, the Fenway Card is required for identification and access to essential campus services It also offers a convenient account – Fenway Cash – for making cashless purchases at both colleges and around the Fenway. All students, faculty, and staff are required to receive a Fenway Card.
Emmanuel College:
Visit the Campus Safety Office in room 139 of the Administration Building. The Campus Safety badging office is open Monday through Friday from 9:30 – 11:30 am and 1:00 – 2:30 pm and Saturday and Sunday 10:00 am – 12:00 pm.
Simmons University:
Please contact the Simmons Campus Card Office located in the Palace Road Building, Room P-107 or call 617-521-CARD (2273).
As soon as you realize that your Fenway Card is missing, immediately report it so that the accounts and other privileges associated with your card can be deactivated. Contact Customer Service at 1-877-263-8340. Representatives are available Mon. – Fri., 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. Eastern Time.
Fenway Cash is a prepaid spending account on your Fenway Card offering a safe and convenient way to make purchases at both colleges and around the Fenway. Unused balances roll over semester to semester and year to year. You must add value to your account before using Fenway Cash to make purchases. You must have sufficient value available in your Fenway Cash account to pay for each transaction. Each time you use your Fenway Cash account, the amount of the transaction will be deducted from your account. You may not spend more value than you have.
All residential students are required to participate in a meal plan. Meal Plan is only accepted as a form of payment at your college’s on campus dining locations. Payment is made at the beginning of each semester along with tuition and other fees.
Fenway Cash is a prepaid spending account that is accepted at many locations on campus and at popular local businesses. It is designed to eliminate the need to carry cash around campus. You or your parents must add value to your Fenway Cash account before using it for purchases. Value in the Fenway Cash rolls over from semester to semester and from year to year.
At retail locations, Fenway Cash works much like a debit or credit card. Just present your Fenway Card for payment to the attendant at the register. Your card will be swiped in a terminal and the transaction authorized. You will need to sign a printed receipt of the approved transaction. At self service locations, simply insert your card in the terminal.
Fenway Cash is accepted for payment at both colleges and at popular local businesses around the Fenway. Just look for the “Welcomed” Signage! Click here to see a complete list of accepting locations.

Cardholder suggestions are welcome and encouraged. Recommendations can be sent via e-mail to mycard@fenwaycard.com. Please include the name of the location and why you would like to see them join the program.

You may receive a refund of your Fenway Cash account balance when you graduate, withdraw or leave The Colleges of the Fenway. Proof of withdrawal or dismissal is required. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the College’s card program service provider by emailing mycard@fenwaycard.com.
