A $25.00 replacement fee will be deducted from your Fenway Cash Account or charged to your student account for lost or damaged cards.
Immediately call the Fenway Card Service Center at 1.877.COF.8340 (263.8340) to disable your Fenway Cash Account. To obtain a new card, visit the Security Office in room 139 of the Administration Building. A replacement fee of $25.00 will be deducted from your Fenway Cash Account at the time the card is reissued.
Under normal conditions, your card should last throughout your college years. To ensure the durability and validity:
Keep your card away from magnets and computers
Do not punch holes in your card
Do not tamper with the information or picture
Do not wash the card or use if for any purpose for which it was not designed
If you have your Fenway Card but it is not working, please visit the Dean of Student’s Office in the basement of St. Ann’s between the hours of 8:30 am – 4:30 pm Monday through Friday.
