Lost or Damaged Cards

A $20.00 replacement fee will be deducted from your Fenway Cash Account or charged to your student account for lost or damaged cards.

Lost Cards

Immediately call the Fenway Card Service Center at 1.877.COF.8340 (263.8340) to disable your Fenway Cash Account.  To obtain a new card, visit the Campus Safety Office in room J-001 on the Plaza Level of the Administration Building.  The Campus Safety badging office is open Monday through Friday from

9:30 – 11:30 am and 1:00 – 2:30 pm and Saturday and Sunday 10:00 am – 12:00 pm.

Damaged Cards

Under normal conditions, your card should last throughout your college years.  To ensure the durability and validity:

• Keep your card away from magnets and computers

• Do not punch holes in your card

• Do not tamper with the information or picture

• Do not wash the card or use if for any purpose for which it was not designed

If you have your Fenway Card but it is not working, please visit the Dean of Student’s Office in the basement of St. Ann’s between the hours of 8:30 am – 4:30 pm Monday through Friday.
